Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a construction machine equipped with a fuel tank, which enables a long period of operation after one refueling. A construction machine according to the present invention comprises: an undercarriage; an upper frame mounted on the undercarriage to be able to swivel; an operating room mounted on one surface of the upper surface of the upper frame; a mounting portion extending from the rearmost portion of a center frame of the upper frame; a counterweight detachably installed on the mounting portion by a fastening member, the counterweight having a containing space portion formed therein, front and upper surfaces of the containing space portion being open; a fuel tank coupled to the containing space portion, the fuel tank being detachably fixed to the mounting portion by another fastening member, which fixes the counterweight to the mounting portion, such that the fuel tank can be separated from the counterweight while the counterweight, to which the fuel tank is coupled, is mounted on the mounting portion; an engine room mounted on the upper frame in front of the fuel tank; and an operating oil tank installed on one side of the front of the engine room.
