L'invention concerne du sulfate de dextrane dans une plage allant de 3500 à 9500 Da, qui est utilisé pour mobiliser des cellules, telles que des cellules souches et/ou progénitrices et certains globules blancs, en particulier des lymphocytes, dans le sang périphérique d'un sujet.
