Zusammenfassung:	A mechanism for causing axial movement of a device, such as a pin, by rotating a knob in a rotational direction. The knob includes cam surfaces that, when rotated, axially adjust the device by bending an elastic frame so a portion of the frame moves toward the desired axial direction. The frame can be disposed in a substantially flush or otherwise compact manner to improve the aesthetic appearance of the mechanism and allow for a more compact and cost-effective knob. Un mécanisme sert à causer le mouvement axial dun dispositif, comme une tige, par la rotation dun bouton dans une direction de rotation. Le bouton comporte des surfaces de came qui, lorsque tournées, ajustent axialement le dispositif en courbant un cadre élastique de sorte quune portion dun cadre se déplace vers la direction axiale désirée. Le cadre peut être disposé dune manière substantiellement affleurante ou autrement compacte pour améliorer lapparence esthétique du mécanisme et accepter un bouton plus compact et plus économique.
