Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a concrete mold frame and a method for making a concrete mold using the same, wherein the concrete mold frame has a rectangular panel structure and is made of a foam so as to be used as a heat-insulating material after pouring concrete, and a tie through-hole is prepared at an edge part of the concrete mold plate to enable a flat tie to be disposed therethrough. Accordingly, provided is a nonmetallic (for example, a foam material such as Styrofoam and a plastic material) concrete mold frame (sheathing board) having a heat-insulating property and used as the inner/outer heat-insulating materials for construction without breaking up after pouring the concrete, wherein the concrete mold frame itself performs a heat-insulating material function and can provide convenience and practicability without an additional concrete mold breakup work and a heat-insulating material making work therewith and the like after curing the concrete.
