Zusammenfassung:Heat medium transport paths (110, 120) are arranged between a first building (102) and a second building (101) and transport a heat medium that carries heat energy. A temperature distribution acquisition means acquires the temperature distribution for heat mediums that have different temperatures in the heat medium transport paths (110, 120) and are sequentially transported in the transport direction in the heat medium transport paths in a state wherein the heat mediums have a prescribed length. A control means (5) receives a load request for an air conditioner in the first building (102), and when a heat medium having heat energy capable of satisfying the received load request arrives at the first building (102), the control means causes heat energy to be extracted to the air conditioner in the first building (102) from the heat medium that has arrived, on the basis of the temperature distribution acquired by the temperature distribution acquisition means.
