Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently clean pipes of facilities equipment with a high level of cleaning capacity. A cleaning method for pipes and a cleaning system for pipes are used, said cleaning method including a step for preparing cleaning water with a pH of 4 or less by supplying an acid (A) to cleaning water (S), a step for mixing ozone gas into the cleaning water (S), and a step for passing the cleaning water (S) through pipes (P) to be cleaned, and said cleaning system including a retention tank (10) for retaining the cleaning water, an acid supply means (30) for supplying the acid (A) to the cleaning water (S), an ozone generating means (20) that generates ozone gas, a circulation flow path (120) that connects the retention tank (10) and the ozone generating means (20) in a closed cycle form and is provided with a circulation pump (420) that circulates the cleaning water between the retention tank (10) and the ozone generating means (20), and a water transport flow path (140) that links the retention tank (10) and the pipes (P) to be cleaned and is provided with a water pump (440) that transports the cleaning water (S) retained in the retention tank (10) to the pipes (P) to be cleaned.
