Zusammenfassung:The objective of the present invention is to provide a compound which has V2 receptor agonistic activity. A pharmaceutical composition which contains, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. (In general formula (I), R1 represents a group represented by formula (2) or the like; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; R3 represents a lower alkyl group which may be substituted by 1-3 fluorine atoms, or a halogen atom; R4 represents a five-membered aromatic monocyclic heterocyclic group, a five-membered non-aromatic monocyclic heterocyclic group or the like (provided that these heterocyclic groups have at least one nitrogen atom and may be substituted by a lower alkyl group); and R5 represents a lower alkyl group, a halogen atom or the like.)
