Zusammenfassung:	A method of constructing a cylindrical tank that has an inner tank made of metal and an outer tank made of concrete has a step of building a PC wall (3) by erecting lateral liners (4) sequentially from the bottommost layer to the topmost layer on an outer circumferential edge portion of a base plate, and pouring concrete (5) so as to follow the erecting of the lateral liners (4) with the lateral liners (4) being used as an inner side forming frame. La présente invention concerne un procédé pour construire un réservoir cylindrique qui comporte une cuve intérieure métallique et une cuve extérieure en béton. Ledit procédé comprend une étape dans laquelle un mur préfabriqué (3) est assemblé comme suit : lorsqu'un revêtement latéral (4) est assemblé séquentiellement d'un niveau inférieur à un niveau supérieur le long du bord extérieur d'une plaque de base, ledit revêtement latéral (4) est utilisé en tant que coffrage intérieur pour couler du béton (5) afin de suivre l'assemblage du revêtement latéral (4).
