Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a topical suspension composition comprising finafloxacin, a solubilizer, and a suspending agent, wherein said finafloxacin is finafloxacin free base form A, said solubilizer is magnesium salt, and said suspending agent is hydroxyethylcellulose, and wherein said composition maintains substantial uniformity for greater than 8 hours at 25°C. The compositions are suitable for the treatment of ophthalmic, otic or nasal bacterial infections. L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement d'une infection ophtalmique, otique ou nasale, consistant à traiter le tissu infecté au moyen d'une composition de suspension contenant de la finafloxacine ou un dérivé de finafloxacine. La présente invention concerne également des compositions antimicrobiennes contenant une base libre de finafloxacine ou un dérivé de finafloxacine. Les compositions selon l'invention sont adaptées au traitement des infections ophtalmiques, otiques ou nasales.
