L'invention concerne des microparticules qui comprennent une matrice composée de caséine et de chitosane, et des bactéries probiotiques, ladite matrice protégeant lesdites bactéries probiotiques pendant leur (i) traitement, (ii) stockage et (iii) transit à travers le tractus gastro-intestinal, prolongeant ainsi leur durée de vie.
