Zusammenfassung:	A disk opener includes a disk blade for creating a furrow and a closing wheel for closing it. An injection zone is defined generally below and up to slightly forward of the closing wheel. An anhydrous ammonia injector is mounted between the blade and the wheel and delivers anhydrous ammonia via a delivery tube into the furrow at an injection point within the injection zone. The injection point is also preferably centered within the furrow.
