Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an aquatic lifesaving device, formed by an iron casing closed with a glass door that can be broken in the event of an emergency. The casing contains a motor placed on a bench, which rotates a shaft having a reel mounted thereon. Said reel is used to wind a rope that is connected to a whistle-equipped lifejacket that the lifeguard puts on. The end of the reel shaft rests on bearings in the form of a supporting tripod at the end of the bench and a crank coupling is provided on the outer face, so that the rope can be wound manually in the event of motor failure. A post is positioned at the water's edge and the end thereof is provided with a rapid-opening snap-hook through which the lifeguard passes the rope before entering the water. |
