La présente invention concerne un procédé visant à réduire la conductivité électrique d'un produit mixte contenant les phases huileuse et aqueuse résultant de la conversion de biomasse en produits liquides, ledit procédé impliquant la rupture au moins partielle de toute émulsion huile/eau, ce qui contribue à la séparation des phases huileuse et aqueuse.
