SUBSTITUTED QUINAZOLINES, THE PREPARATION THEREOF AND THE USE THEREOF IN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS

The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I) (see formula I) wherein X and Y are the same or different and are independently: (see formula II) (see formula III); in which each R is independently selected from R1 and R2, in which R1 and R2 are the same or different and are independently selected from 3-amino-piperidin-1-yl; or a stereoisomer, mixture or salt thereof. The compound has valuable pharmacological properties, particularly an inhibitory effect on the activity of the enzyme dipeptidylpeptidase-IV (DPP-IV). La présente invention concerne des quinazolines substituées de formule (I) dans laquelle X et Y sont définis comme décrit dans la revendication 1, les tautomères, stéréoisomères, mélanges et sels de celles-ci, qui des propriétés pharmacologiques utiles, en particulier un effet inhibiteur sur l'activité de l'enzyme dipeptidylpeptidase-IV (DPP-IV).
