The invention also provides for compositions comprising CTLA4-Ig and formulations thereof. The invention further provides for methods for mass- producing CTLA4-Ig from mammalian cells capable of producing this recombinant protein, and for purifying the CTLA4-Ig. Linvention présente des cellules de mammifères capables de produire une CTLA4-lg recombinante et ses variantes. Linvention présente également des compositions renfermant une CTLA4-lg et ses formulations. Linvention présente aussi des méthodes de production massive de CTLA4-lg à partir de cellules de mammifères capables de produire cette protéine recombinante et de purifier la CTLA4-lg.
