Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a transfer arrangement for transporting and/or positioning and/or aligning a workpiece and is used, in particular, in presses or press lines. A crossmember (16) can be moved and/or pivoted in a number of directions in space. The movement of the crossmember (16) is controlled or regulated by a control unit (21) and an appropriate number of axial drives. A servomotor (53) is seated on the crossmember (16), and is likewise activated by the control unit (21). A coupling arrangement (27) can be used to couple a base support (28) to the crossmember (16). A driveable shaft (45) is arranged on the base support. The coupling arrangement (27) of the crossmember (16) has a connecting means (35), which interacts with a mating connecting means on the base support in order to establish the mechanical fastening. The coupling arrangement (27) also has a coupling means (36), which interacts with a mating coupling means (52) on the rotatable shaft (45) in order to establish a rotary connection between the servomotor (53) and the driveable shaft (45). The control unit (21) is set up in order to bring about automatic coupling and removal of a base support (28) by way of controlled movement of the crossmember (16) and activation of the servomotor (53). A workpiece-gripping arrangement (29), for retaining the workpiece, is present on the base support (28). This makes it possible for different workpiece-gripping arrangements (29) or different types of base support (28) to be connected to the crossmember (16).
