Zusammenfassung:	The aim of the invention is to increase the product yield of protein in microbial fermentation. Said aim is achieved by a method in which, in addition to a first expression construct coding for the protein, a second expression construct is introduced in a microorganism, which second expression construct codes for an auxiliary protease that differs from the protein, is proteolytically active and comprises an amino acid sequence, which is at least 50% identical to the amino acid sequence provided in SEQ ID NO. 1.
