Zusammenfassung:	An ophthalmic composition comprising a polyaphron dispersion and methods of making such ophthalmic composition are provided. The polyaphron dispersion may comprise a non-ionic, non-halogenated surfactant. The ophthalmic composition may further comprise pharmaceutically active agent such as antihistamine, betablocker, corticosteroid, prostaglandin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), immune modulator, anaesthetic, antibiotic, carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, vasoconstrictor, or mixtures of two or more thereof.
