L'invention porte sur un nouveau dispositif de cicatrisation de plaies. En particulier, l'invention porte sur un nouveau dispositif de cicatrisation de plaies qui comporte une maille de suture ou tricotée sur laquelle ont été adsorbées de nouvelles compositions contenant un facteur cellulaire (ci-après dénommées CFC), comprenant une solution de cytokine cellulaire issue de membrane amniotique (ci-après dénommée ACCS) ou des solutions de cytokine physiologique (ci-après dénommées PCS).
