Zusammenfassung:	A method and device for dewatering a fibrous web are disclosed. A fibrous material is introduced for the formation of a fibrous web into a headbox between two wire conveyors and being dewatered. Following the wire section, the web is guided through presses and is dewatered. A first press, through which the fibrous web is guided after the headbox, is equipped with first and second nips. The first press is formed by a wire roll and by two couch rolls which are pressed against the wire roll to form the nips. The wire roll is wrapped around by a wire conveyor and the couch rolls are wrapped around by a common felt, which is separated from the fibrous web in a region between the nips. The felt is dewatered in the separated region between the nips by way of a tubular suction device. L'invention concerne un procédé de déshydratation d'une bande de matière fibreuse (4), de la matière fibreuse étant appliquée sur au moins un tamis (12) au moyen d'une rampe d'amenée de matière (2), puis déshydratée, pour former une bande de matière fibreuse (4). La bande de matière fibreuse (4) formée est déshydratée en aval du tamis au moyen de plusieurs presses, la première presse (21) que traverse la bande de matière fibreuse (4) après la rampe d'amenée de matière (2) étant pourvue d'une double ligne de contact entre cylindres. La première presse (21) est formée par un cylindre égoutteur (15) et par deux cylindres coucheurs (16) respectivement comprimés contre le cylindre égoutteur (15) pour former une ligne de contact entre cylindres. L'invention concerne également un dispositif correspondant pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé.
