Zusammenfassung:	When a main body part (12) into which a retainer (14) has been inserted is fitted onto a pipe (100), a spool (100A) provided on the pipe (100) makes contact with a first tapered part (64) formed on the front side of the retainer (14), expands the first tapered part (64), and passes through the retainer (14). When the main body part (12) is withdrawn from the pipe (100), the spool (100A) makes contact with a second tapered part (66) formed on the back side of the retainer (14), expands the second tapered part (66), and passes through the retainer (14).
