JOINTING ADHESIVE FOR STONE

A jointing adhesive for stone is provided, characterized in that it at least comprises 100 parts by weight of an air-dried unsaturated polyester resin, 0 to 5 parts by weight of hydrogenated castor oil, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a nano powder, 0 to 100 parts by weight of a filler and 1 to 15 parts by weight of an antishrinking agent. It overcomes disadvantages of a conventional jointing adhesive made by common marble glue, such as low air drying performance, low anti-shrinking capacity, low permeability and the like. The jointing adhesive for stone has the advantages of high permeability, non-stick property after being cured, high anti-shrinking capability, luminance after being polished and the like. The stone jointing adhesive enriches the variety of the marble glue and solves the jointing problem between stones. La présente invention concerne un adhésif de jointoiement destiné à des pierres, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins 100 parties en poids d'une résine polyester insaturée séchée à l'air, de 0 à 5 parties en poids d'huile de ricin hydrogénée, de 1 à 20 parties en poids d'une nanopoudre, de 0 à 100 parties en poids d'une charge et de 1 à 15 parties en poids d'un agent anti-retrait. Ledit adhésif pallie les inconvénients des adhésifs de jointoiement conventionnels obtenus à partir d'adhésifs pour marbre habituels, tels qu'une faible performance de séchage à l'air, une faible capacité anti-retrait, une faible perméabilité et équivalents. L'adhésif de jointoiement destiné à des pierres présente les avantages suivants : perméabilité élevée, propriété de non-collement après durcissement, capacité anti-retrait élevée, luminance après polissage et équivalents. L'adhésif de jointoiement destiné à des pierres enrichit la variété d'adhésifs pour marbre et résout le problème de jointoiement entre pierres.
