Zusammenfassung:	According to the invention the real-time determination system of flight parameters of an aircraft in the course of a flight of the latter, comprises an extended Kalman filter (10) which is configured based on equations of the flight mechanics establishing a dependence relationship between at least two preselected flight parameters to be estimated for the said aircraft and which is formed to deliver joint estimations of the said selected flight parameters during a flight of the said aircraft. Selon l'invention, le système de détermination, en temps réel, de paramètres de vol d'un aéronef, au cours d'un vol de ce dernier, comporte un filtre de Kalman étendu (10) qui est configuré à partir d'équations de la mécanique de vol établissant un lien de dépendance entre au moins deux paramètres de vol dudit aéronef à estimer présélectionnés et qui est formé pour délivrer, lors d'un vol dudit aéronef, des estimations conjointes desdits paramètres de vol sélectionnés.
