The representative compounds are useful as inhibitors of the HDM2 protein. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the above compounds and potential methods of treating cancer using the same. L'invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule (1) ou un sel, un solvate ou un ester pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celui-ci. Ces composés sont utiles comme inhibiteurs de la protéine HDM2.
