| Zusammenfassung: | A separating device for tubular flow-through devices which serve for the extraction of liquids or gases from wells drilled in rock or deep wells, the separating device being suitable for the removal of sand and rock particles and comprising: an annular stack of brittle-hard annular disks, the disks being stacked and braced in such a way that a separating gap for the removal of sand and rock particles is present in each case between the individual disks; a coupling-on element at one or both ends of the annular stack; and a clamping device at one or both ends of the annular stack, making it possible on the one hand to flexibly brace the brittle-hard disks and on the other hand to variably fasten the annular stack on the tubular flow-through device.
L?invention a pour objet un dispositif de séparation pour des dispositifs à circulation continue (22) tubulaires qui servent au transport de liquides ou de gaz provenant de forages de roche ou de forages profonds, ledit dispositif étant approprié pour la séparation des particules de sable ou de roche et comprenant : un empilement annulaire (20) de disques annulaires durs et cassants, les disques (30) étant empilés et serrés de telle manière qu'une fente de séparation (37) est présente entre chaque disque individuel (30) pour séparer les particules de sable et de roches; un élément d?accouplement (18, 19) placé à une extrémité ou aux deux extrémités de l?empilement annulaire (20); un dispositif de serrage placé à une extrémité ou aux deux extrémités de l?empilement annulaire (20) et permettant d?une part de serrer de manière flexible les disques durs et cassants (30) et d?autre part de fixer de manière variable l?empilement annulaire (20) sur le dispositif à circulation continue (22) tubulaire. L?invention a également pour objet l?utilisation d?un dispositif de séparation selon l?invention pour la séparation de particules de sable ou de roche dans le cadre d?un procédé de transport de liquides ou de gaz provenant de forages de roche ou de forages profonds au moyen de dispositifs à circulation continue tubulaires. |
