Zusammenfassung:	When a condition that the temperature detected by a stored-hot-water thermister (42) is equal to or lower than a re-heating determination temperature continues for a period of time equal to or longer than a re-heating determination time period, a tank controller (50) performs sterilization processing by heating hot water within a hot-water storage tank (31) by means of a heat pump unit (60), and when the condition that the temperature detected by the stored-hot-water thermister (42) is equal to or lower than a temperature for determining the prohibition of the use of stored hot water continues for a period of time equal to or longer than a period of time for determining the prohibition of the use of stored hot water, the tank controller (50) performs only heating/temperature adjusting control while keeping a hot-water amount variable valve (34) in a closed state.
