Each R1, R3, R5, R7, R9, R11, R13 and R15, independently, is a branched or unbranched C1-C15 -saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group. Each PA1, PA7, PA11 and PA15, independently, is a residue of a substantially poly(alkylene oxide) polyether or derivative thereof. Each L, L1 and L3, independently, is a linking group being an amine, amide, ether, ester, urea, carbonate, or urethane linkage. Each DHPD is a dihydroxyphenyl derivative.
