Zusammenfassung:	The present drain trap primer system avoids the disadvantages of trap primers which rely on pressure drop in the water supply line for actuation. The drain trap primer system comprises a water supply line for fluid connection between a pressurized water source and a drain trap. A solenoid valve with a timer is connected into the supply line to generate a timed delivery of water to a drain trap. A manifold may be installed within the supply line downstream of the valve in fluid connection with a plurality of subsidiary supply lines to supply a plurality of said drain traps. Pressure throttles may be installed in fluid connection within the subsidiary supply lines.
