La présente invention concerne de nouveaux produits radiopharmaceutiques de 18F-folates, dans lesquels du 18fluor est lié par covalence à la partie glutamate d'un folate ou d'un de ses dérivés, un procédé pour les préparer, ainsi que leur utilisation dans le diagnostic et le suivi d'une thérapie contre le cancer et des maladies inflammatoires et auto-immunes.
