Zusammenfassung:	A therapeutic apparatus is disclosed including a cushion and a support pillow. The support pillow includes a thermal material capable of providing at least one of a heating and a cooling to a desired area of a body of a user. The thermal material is housed within a compartment of the support pillow or within a container received in the compartment of the support pillow, wherein at least one of the container and the support pillow is heatable by a heating device and coolable by a cooling device. The support pillow is releaseably secured to the cushion to maintain a position of the support pillow during use of the therapeutic apparatus.
