Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a cooking device. The cooking device generally comprises two sections: a cooking section (20) and a cooking liquid removal section (30). The cooking section houses and/or heats liquid for cooking the food, and the cooking liquid removal section is operable to reduce the liquid content of the food, and may be further operable to cook the food by convection cooking. In other embodiments, the cooking device may be configured to be operated at least in part by a processor, and the processor may receive instructions from a storage medium. Various aspects of the cooking device are configured to be automatically controlled.
