Zusammenfassung:	A self-lighting cigarette includes a cigarette and a sleeve. Igniting material applied directly to the tobacco filler at one end of the cigarette and a fragment of igniting material is applied to the lip of the same end of the cigarette which is connected to the main igniting material. The sleeve is sheathed on the cigarette, the inner surface of the sleeve is provided with an abrasive coating. When the sleeve is pushed out of the cigarette, the inner surface of the sleeve will make friction contact with the fragment of the igniting material enough to burst it into a flame thereby burst the main igniting material into flame.
