Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a compound of the general formula (I) (see formula I) wherein: R1 is ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl; sec-butyl, tert-butyl, cyclopropyl or cyclopropylmethyl; R2 is hydrogen; R3 is hydrogen; A is aryl optionally substituted by one or more substituents Y; Y is halogen, cyano, trifluoromethoxy, trifluoromethyl, carboxy, carboxymethyl, carboxyethyl, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylsulfonyl, or two Y groups can form a methylenedioxy; or R2 and R3 can constitute a cycle thereby forming a compound of the general formula (II) (see formula II) wherein R1 and A are defined as above; n = 3, 4, 5; R4 represents hydrogen, or a racemic form, tautomer, enantiomer, diastereomer, epimer or polymorph, or a mixture thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These compounds are useful as insulin secretion stimulators.
