ENCAPSULATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE AGENTS

The present invention provides particulate carriers comprising encapsulated biologically active agents such as proteins for ocular delivery. Also provided are methods of delivery of proteins to the eye in nanoparticles, and uses of compositions comprising such particulate carriers in treatment.
