Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus to improve localized concentration of fluids in ocular environments is provided. The apparatus includes an upper portion having a receiving area configured to receive fluid, and a fluid passageway configured to receive the fluid from the receiving area. In addition, the apparatus includes a lower portion. The lower portion includes a delivery region configured to form a seal with an ocular region and receive the fluid passing from the fluid passageway and maintain the fluid within a circumference defined by an edge of the delivery region. The apparatus further includes a connection member to sealingly and detachably engage the upper portion with the lower portion.
