Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is directed to a pressure-responsive valve assembly (20, 120, 220) which functions in the na-ture of a check valve to control fluid flow across the assembly. The assembly (20, 120,220) includes a valve body (24, 124, 224) which defines first and second internal flow passages (32, 24; 132, 134; 232, 234), and includes a valve seat (36, 136, 236) through which at least one flow port (38, 138, 238) extends for joining the first and second passages (32, 34; 132,134; 232,234) in fluid communication with each other. A flexible, resiliency d9formable valve member (28, 128, 228) is positioned in operative as-sociation with the valve seat (36, 136, 236), and can be deflected, in response to a sufficient pressure differential, to move out of sealing engagement with the valve seat (36, 136, 236), to thereby permit fluid flow through the valve assembly (20 120, 220). |
