Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for producing high-molecular-weight homopolyesters and copolyesters of L-, D- OR D, L-lactic acid, comprising the following steps: i) polycondensation of lactic acid or polytransesterification of esters thereof to form a polymer lactic acid, ii) cyclodepolymerisation of the polymer lactic acid to form dilactides, and iii) ring-opening polymerisation of the dilactides or mixtures thereof with suitable comonomers. The invention is characterised in that, in at least one of the method steps i) to iii), a particulate catalyst and/or a particulate stabiliser, each having an average particle diameter of between 1 and 100 nm, is/are used in a heterogeneous reaction mixture.
