Zusammenfassung:	A dispensing closure system (20, 20A, 20B) is provided for a container (22, 20A) that has an opening (27) wherein a membrane (28, 28A) is interposed between the container opening (27, 27A) and the dispensing closure system (20, 20A, 20B). The system (20, 20 20B) Includes a body (30, 30A, 30B) for extending from the container (22, 22A) at the opening (27, 27A). The system (20, 20A, 20B) includes a movable spout (34, 34A1 34B) that (1 ) has a dispensing opening (80, 80A, 80B) at one end, (2) has a piercing edge (92, 92B) at the other end, and (3) is mounted in the body (30, 30A, 30B) for pivoting the movement between (a) a non-dispensing position in which the piercing edge (92, 92A, 92B) is above the membrane (28, 28A) to locate the spout dispensing opening (80, 80A, 80B), an a dispensing position.
