Nucleic acids encoding anti-VAP-1 antibodies or fragments thereof, as well as expression vectors and host cells incorporating these nucleic acids for the recombinant expression of anti-VAP-1 antibodies are also given. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antibodies and therapeutic uses thereof are also disclosed. L'invention porte sur de nouveaux anticorps anti-VAP-1 entièrement humains et sur des fragments de ceux-ci. L'invention porte également sur des acides nucléiques codant pour des anticorps anti-VAP-1 ou des fragments de ceux-ci, ainsi que sur des vecteurs d'expression et cellules hôtes incorporant ces acides nucléiques pour l'expression recombinante d'anticorps anti-VAP-1. L'invention porte également sur des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits anticorps et leurs utilisations thérapeutiques.
