Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides surface-binding cell adhesion polypeptides including cell adhesion polypeptides attached to a surface-binding moiety having binding affinity for one or more materials present in a metallic and/or non-metallic inorganic surface. The surface-binding cell adhesion polypeptides are useful for forming a layer having improved adhesion to and stability on at least a portion of a surface of an implantable medical device, such as a stent. La présente invention concerne des polypeptides d'adhérence cellulaire se liant à une surface comprenant des polypeptides d'adhérence cellulaire liés à un fragment se liant à une surface ayant une affinité de liaison pour un ou plusieurs matériaux présents dans une surface inorganique métallique et/ou non métallique. Les polypeptides d'adhérence cellulaire se liant à une surface sont utiles pour former une couche ayant une adhérence et une stabilité améliorées à au moins une partie d'une surface d'un dispositif médical implantable tel qu'un stent.
