Zusammenfassung:	A composite strip (10) windable to form a helical pipe for transporting fluid is disclosed. The composite strip comprises: an elongate plastic strip (11) having a base portion (12), the base portion (12) having an upper side defining an outer face (15); and at least one lengthwise extending composite rib portion (20) upstanding from the outer face (15) of the base portion (12). The rib portion (20) has a distal end (23) remote from the base portion (12). The composite rib portion comprises: an elongate inboard reinforcing member (30) disposed within or adjacent to the base portion (12); an elongate outboard reinforcing (40) member disposed within the distal end (20) of the rib portion (20) parallel to the inboard reinforcing member (30); and an elongate intermediate plastic web (23) portion extending between the inboard and outboard reinforcing members (30, 40). When wound into a helical pipe, the composite rib portion (20) reinforces the pipe against radial crushing loads. L'invention concerne une bande composite (10) enroulable permettant de former un tuyau hélicoïdal pour transporter un fluide. La bande composite comporte : une bande en matière plastique allongée (11) munie d'une partie base (12), la dite partie base (12) possédant un côté supérieur qui définit une face externe (15); et au moins une partie nervure (20) composite s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur, verticale à partir de la face externe (15) de la partie base (12). La partie nervure (20) est dotée d'une extrémité distale (23) éloignée de la partie base (12). La partie nervure composite comprend un élément de renforcement intérieur allongé (30) disposé dans la partie base (12) ou à proximité de cette dernière; un élément de renforcement extérieur allongé (40) disposé à l'intérieur de l'extrémité distale (20) de la partie nervure (20), parallèle à l'élément de renforcement intérieur (30); et une partie de bande intermédiaire en matière plastique allongée (23) s'étendant entre les éléments de renforcement intérieur et extérieur (30, 40). Lorsqu'elle est enroulée dans un tuyau hélicoïdal, la partie nervure composite (20) renforce ledit tuyau contre des charges d'écrasement radiales.
