Zusammenfassung:	An equipment management system includes a processor which may be configur ed to provide a first interface associated with an equipment planning and sc heduling module, a second interface to receive data associated with a backlo g management module, a third interface to receive data associated with a par ts management module, and a fourth interface to receive data associated with a continuous improvement module Further the processor may be configured to supply at least some of the received data to the equipment planning and sche duling module, and output information related to an equipment management pla n via the first interface, the information being based on the data supplied to the equipment planning and scheduling module and based on at least one al gorithm of the planning and scheduling module.
