Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is directed to a thermosetting composition having an adhesion-promoting agent. The adhesion-promoting agent is derived from i) boric acid or an equivalent thereof, and ii) an ester having two or more terminal hydroxyl groups that are derived at least in part from a 1,3-polyol. The equivalent ratio of boric acid or equivalent thereof to hydroxyl is greater than 0.1:1 and the equivalent ratio of 1,3-polyol to polycarboxylic acid is greater than 2:1. The thermosetting composition may be used in a multi-layer composite of two or more polymeric layers, at least one of which is formed from the thermosetting composition. La présente invention concerne des compositions thermodurcissables contenant un agent favorisant l'adhérence. L'agent favorisant l'adhérence est dérivé de l'acide borique, ou d'un équivalent, et d'un ester comportant deux ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels qui sont dérivés au moins partiellement d'un 1,3-polyol.
