Zusammenfassung:	[PROBLEMS] An injection hole forming method for an injector having groupe d injection holes, in which the injection holes are processed at high accura cy to reduce a variation in properties of exhaust gas. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PR OBLEMS] In the injection hole forming method for the injector (1) having wha t is called the grouped injection holes (10) in which the axis of the inject or (1) and the axes of injection holes (10a) formed in the injector (1) cros s each other at multiple points, a flat surface (10c, 10d) crossing each inj ection hole (10a) and including an opening of the injection hole (10a) is fo rmed at a portion where the injection hole (10a) is formed. Further, a reces s (10b) is formed in the portion where each injection hole (10a) is formed. The flat surface (10c) is formed at the bottom of the recess (10b), or alter natively, the flat surface (10c, 10d) is formed by cutting the portion where each injection hole (10a) is formed, or further alternatively, the flat sur face (10c, 10d) is formed by forging the portion where each injection hole ( 10a) is formed.
