Zusammenfassung:	Compositions and methods for treatment, prevention, or amelioration of on e or more symptoms of bronchoconstrictive disorders are provided. The compos itions provided herein are nebulizable compositions comprising quaternary am monium muscarinic receptor antagonists. The compositions are suitable for di rect administration to a patient in need thereof via a nebulizer. Also provi ded are kits which comprise of the nebulizable composition of the invention in combination with a nebulizer. Also provided is a method of treating, prev enting, or amelioration of one or more symptoms of bronchoconstrictive disor ders by administering a therapeutically effective amount of the nebulizable composition of the invention via the use of a nebulizer to a patient in need thereof with minimal to no exposure of the nebulizable composition to the b ody surface of the patient.
