Selon l'invention, un concentrateur de flux magnétique est utilisé pour contrôler le chauffage de l'extrémité d'un matériau tubulaire dans un processus de traitement thermique par induction électrique. Le concentrateur de flux magnétique peut être constitué d'éléments fixes ou d'une combinaison d'éléments fixes et mobiles pour adapter le chauffage de l'extrémité de matériaux tubulaires de dimensions ou de propriétés matérielles différentes.
