The invention is also directed to methods of treating diseases mediated by PDE10 enzyme such as obesity, non-insulin dependent diabetes, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the like. La présente invention concerne des composés de cinnoline et de quinazoline de formule (I) constituant des inhibiteurs de PDE10, des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant de tels composés et des procédés de fabrication de tels composés. L'invention concerne également des procédés de traitement de maladies induites par l'enzyme PDE10, telles que l'obésité, le diabète non insulinodépendant, la schizophrénie, le trouble bipolaire, le trouble obsessionnel-compulsif et similaires.
