Zusammenfassung:	A materials handling vehicle (10) is provided comprising a frame (12) including an operator compartment (60) having at least one entrance (68A, 68B) and a floorboard (66). The vehicle further comprises at least one step (82, 482) capable of being positioned across the entrance (68A, 68B) a spaced distance from, the floorboard such that an operator may stand on the step when the step is positioned across the entrance to gain access to an elevated storage location. La présente invention concerne un véhicule de manutention de matériaux (10) comprenant un cadre (12) à cabine d'opérateur (60) ayant au moins une entrée (68A, 68B) et un plancher (66). Le véhicule comprend en outre au moins une marche (82, 482) qui peut être placée en travers de l'entrée (68A, 68B), à une certaine distance du plancher de sorte que l'opérateur puisse se tenir debout sur la marche lorsque cette dernière est placée en travers de l'entrée afin de gagner accès à un magasin surélevé.
