One surface of the transition area (34) comprises, on a large area, a structure in the form of projections (48) for attaching bone fragments and/or muscle attachments and/or tendon attachments. The projections (48) are arranged discretely in a distributed manner on the surface of the transition area (34) and essentially in the proximal-distal direction and also essentially in the direction of the periphery.
