La présente invention a pour objet de nouvelles préparations pharmaceutiques dans lesquelles l'agent actif est un inhibiteur de topoisomérase 1, plus particulièrement un dérivé de camptothécine, et qui peuvent être employées dans le traitement prophylactique et thérapeutique de maladies proliférantes, y compris les cancers.
